- 1/2 measurewormwood (flowers/leaves)

Preparation
Infusion
Pour boiling water over the plants (fresh or dried) and leave to infuse for 10 to 20 minutes, covered, then strain.
Precautions
- Wormwood and sage: contain thujone (neurotoxic at high doses), short use only, formally not advised during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in case of epilepsy.
- Formula for adults only; the advice of a health professional is strongly recommended before use.
