Publisher

Permagora is published, on a non-professional basis, by Victor Cardoso, in Paris (France), reachable at contact@permagora.eu.

As a non-professional (private individual) publisher, and under Article 6-III of French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), only the host's identity is made public here; the publisher's full identity is kept available to the competent authorities on request, through the host.

The Android app does not need a host: its content (plant sheets, games, guides, recipes…) is bundled directly inside the app, without going through a server.

Host of the optional account database

If you create an account (optional), your email address and a copy of your progress are stored via Supabase, operated by Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513, with the database itself hosted on servers located in Ireland, in the European Union.

Intellectual property and credits

Permagora's texts (plant sheets, guides, recipes, definitions) are an original creation of the project, except for content explicitly attributed to an author or a source (pharmacopoeia, scientific study, book): in that case, the source is named directly in the text or in the sources/precautions of the relevant sheet.

Illustrations (botanical plates, insect plates, disease photos, guide and concept drawings) display their credit (author, licence, link to the source) directly under each image, on the sheet where they appear. No illustration is AI-generated.

The name “Permagora” and its logo identify the project and may not be reused for another service without permission.

If you believe some content infringes an intellectual property right, write to the contact address below: we will correct or remove it as soon as possible.
