Delete my account and my data
The Permagora account is optional: it only exists to sync your progress across devices. This page explains how to delete it, along with the data attached to it, whether or not you still have the app installed.

In short
If you have an account, you can delete it yourself in a few seconds from the app, in “My account”. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, your email address and your cloud-synced progress are erased.
Without an account (local use only), there is nothing to delete on our servers: your data stays on your device and is erased with the app, or sooner from “My garden”.
From the app (recommended method)
1. Open Permagora and go to the “My account” page (account icon in the header).
2. Log in if you aren't already (one-time code sent by email).
3. In the red box, choose “Delete my account”, then confirm.
4. The account is deleted immediately: no more email address, no more cloud-synced data. You are automatically returned to the sign-in screen.
By email (if you no longer have the app, or in case of an issue)
You can also request the deletion of your account and your data by email at contact@permagora.eu, stating the email address you used to sign in. We carry out the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
This is also the fallback if automatic deletion in the app fails (an error message is shown): the in-app button attempts immediate deletion; if it doesn't succeed, write to us and we finish the deletion manually.
What gets deleted
Your email address (used only for signing in) and the cloud-stored copy of your progress (favourites, games, reviews, path, zone and entry-gate preferences), hosted with Supabase, in the European Union.
Account deletion is final and cannot be undone once confirmed.
Local data on your device
Deleting your account does NOT erase the data kept locally on your phone or browser (favourites, progress, preferences): this is a separate, deliberate step, so you don't accidentally lose your local progress by only deleting the sync account.
To also erase local data: go to the “My garden” page and use the “Erase my data” button, or clear the app's data in your phone settings (uninstalling the app has the same effect).
